This may prove to be one of the most unpleasant, disheartening and potentially violent election seasons in our nation's recent history, Theatre Lovers and Supporters. What we have seen as a nation out of the conservative, extremist, right-wing, authoritarian, Republican Party-selected group of judges who all ( each and everyone ) cleverly and legalistically lied their way upon The United States Supreme Court during varous confirmation hearings during the administrations of three GOP American Presidents during the last thirty years is nothing less than witnessing another Fall of Man, or as more recent events demonstrate, A COMPLETE DISMANTLEMENT OF WOMENS' RIGHTS AND EQUALITY.

This Republican National Cult Driven SCOTUS in recent decisions tells us that private citizens who have their homes invaded and bodies assaulted by US Border Patrol Officers ( if they live within a hundred miles of a US Border ) may not sue these officers for their abuses. This GOP / Federalists Society/ Heritage Foundation Backed Collection of Political Operatives ln Robes has further informed this nation's population that the local police officers who fail to notify suspects, who are presumed innocent until proven guilty, and who are frequently coorced ( and in the case of indigent people of color and poor whites BEATEN ) into given confessions with no defense attorney present, have nothing to fear if law enforcement officers trample on THE MIRANDA RIGHTS of presumed innocent people beacuse private citizens may not sue the local police for OMMITING TO SHARE TO ARRESTED INDIVIDUALS INFORMATION ON THEIR MIRANDA RIGHTS WHICH ARE DRAWN FROM THE FIFTH AND SIXTH AMENDMENTS! However, with this currently Gilead Themed Majority on SCOTUS one cannot say with confidence how long The Fifth Amendment will hold.

This same "Handmaid's Tale" group of Jurists have also recently shattered the constitutional dividing line between CHURCH AND STATE with their recent decision in a Maine case that has cleared the way for American Taxpayer Money ( State and Federal ) to be used to fund Religious Schools as much as Public Schools ( albeit via parental choice ). This is the group of Judges ( mostly nominated by THE INSURRECTIONIST FORMER PRESIDENT ) that screams about HISTORY AND TRADITION, yet strikes down A Concealed Weapons And Carry Law in the state of New York that has been part of that state's GUN SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR MORE THAN A HUNDRED YEARS DURING A PERIOD IN OUR HISTORY WHEN THERE ARE MORE MASS SHOOTINGS OF INNOCENT CIVILIANS EVERY DAY THROUGHOUT OUR NATION THAN IN ANY OTHER TIME IN RECENT MEMORY!

This is The United States Supreme Court The Insurrectionist Former President, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, The Deep-Pocketed Hertiage Foundation, The Extremist Judge Endorsing Federalists Society and The QANON OBSESSED GOP has blessed America with. A Supreme Court Majority that has now ordained in a recent ruling that unless it returns to a gridlocked CONGRESS regarding every one of it's FACT AND SCIENCE-BASED-BASED rules, regulations and policies, The EPA ( The Environmental Protection Agency ) has no broad authority to protect the air we breathe, the water we drink, or the Earth we walk upon from the ravages of CLIMATE CHANGE!

And on Friday, June 24, 2022, it was this same, unjust, corrupt and unethically placed group of Jurists, with no regard for PRECEDENT OR STARE DECISUS, who offended the intelligence and sensibilities of EVERY AMERICAN WHO LIVES IN THE REAL WORLD AND REAL TIME WITH REAL PEOPLE BY DESTROYING A WOMAN'S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO CONTROL HER OWN BODY, HER OWN WILL, HER OWN FUTURE, BY EXTINGUISHING ROE V. WADE. Reducing our nation's mothers and grandmothers and sisters and daughters to a state of government-controlled, second-class CITIZENSHIP! AND LET US NOT FORGET, FELLOW AMERICAN CITIZENS, WHAT THIS ROBERTS COURT HAS DONE TO ARTICLE FIVE AND ARTICLE TWO OF THE VOTING RIGHTS ACT OF 1965!

As a child who was too young to take part while growing up on The West Side of Chicago during the 1960s, I watched older friends, relatives and neighbors MARCH, GET ARRESTED AND BEATEN ( SOMETIMES TO DEATH ) standing up for HUMAN DECENCY, HUMAN REPECT, HUMAN RIGHTS. I watched not just African-American people but people of many races and religions PAY A PRICE IN BLOOD TO OBTAIN CIVIL RIGHTS, VOTING RIGHTS, WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY! A PRICE IN LIVES AND BLOOD WAS PAID! And for these reasons and many other recent and truly outrageous rulings ( including the stripping of OUR NATIVE AMERICAN BROTHERS AND SISTERS SOVEREIGN LAND RIGHTS AFTER THOSE TRIBAL NATIONS SUFFERED THE MOST HORRIFIC GENOCIDE COMMITTED BY OUR GOVERNMENT ON THIS CONTINENT ), people need to respond in the most rational, intelligent, non-violent and civilized way possible by going to the polls this fall of 2022 to let the GOP know how they feel about the way their constitutional rights are being treated and being ripped away from all citizens by the current group making up the majority on SCOTUS.

I for one have no interest or desire LIVING UNDER HIS EYE! VOTE. VOTE! IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO GET ALL OF OUR RIGHTS BACK!
